These terms apply to your use of kreyaconsulting.com, run by Kreya IT Consulting Pvt Ltd ("Kreya", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What this website is for

This website describes Kreya's Salesforce consulting services, Salesforce training programmes and business software products, and lets you contact us. The information is general and may change. It is not an offer to sell. Any engagement, training enrolment or software licence is governed by a written proposal, order or agreement with Kreya, which takes priority over these terms.

2. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate details and only information you are entitled to share. Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement, and a reference number confirms only that we received it. We will reply by email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. Training

Programme content, schedules, formats, duration and fees are confirmed in writing before you enrol and may change. Recordings, practice environments, course materials or certificates are included only where the written programme details say so.

Training is meant to build your knowledge and skills. We do not guarantee certification, exam results, employment, placement or any particular outcome. Salesforce certification exams are run by Salesforce under its own terms.

4. Software products and licences

Kreya software is licensed, not sold, under the licence agreement or order for that product. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

  • each licence key is for the licence holder named on it and activates on one computer or website;
  • once activated, a key cannot be reused on another device or website, or shared, transferred or resold, without Kreya's written consent;
  • Kreya may suspend or revoke a licence as allowed by the agreement, for example for non-payment or misuse;
  • you must not remove, bypass or interfere with licence checks, or copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the software except where the law expressly allows it.

Product features described on this website are summaries. The licence agreement and product documentation define what is included.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
  • try to access the admin area, our APIs or other people's data without permission;
  • upload or send malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the website;
  • send spam, false enquiries or automated submissions;
  • copy the website's content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and code of this website, and the names Kreya, KreyaJewel360, OneBharatCRM, OneIndiaDoctorOnline and PureBharatEcommerce, belong to Kreya or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information or your organisation's internal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

7. Other companies' trademarks

Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. YouTube and WhatsApp are trademarks of their owners. We use these names only to describe the products we work with. Their use does not mean those companies endorse Kreya.

8. Links and embedded content

Links to other websites and embedded YouTube videos are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kreya is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Liability for services or software you buy is set out in the agreement for them.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and our cookie policy explains the cookies we use.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on this page applies when you use the website.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer protection rights you have, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
