Delivery Policy

  1. Project Delivery Timeframe: Upon confirmation of payment and completion of necessary documentation, digital projects will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the contract or project agreement.
  2. Delivery Method: Digital projects will be delivered electronically via email or through a secure online platform agreed upon with the client.
  3. Project Completion Notification: Once the digital project is ready for delivery, the client will be notified via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
  4. Project Files: All necessary project files, including documentation, software, designs, or any other deliverables, will be provided to the client electronically.
  5. Delivery Confirmation: Upon receipt of the digital project, the client is responsible for confirming successful delivery and notifying us of any issues or concerns promptly.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
    • The digital project delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.
    • The client experiences technical issues preventing them from accessing or using the digital project effectively.
  2. Refund Request Process: Clients should contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe (usually within 90 days of project delivery) to request a refund. The request should include details of the issue experienced and any supporting documentation.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the refund request is approved. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  4. Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:
    • The client changes their mind or no longer requires the digital project after delivery.
    • The client fails to provide necessary information or cooperation required for project completion.
    • The client violates the terms of the contract or project agreement.
  5. Refund Disputes: If a client disputes a refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated for further review.
